Spacious facilities

Horses are kept in groups (geldings and mares separately) with access to large paddocks connected to grassy pastures. Each horse also has a shelter where they can rest and seek cover.

Feeding and pasture

We ensure your horse is well-fed with hay provided twice a day. During the summer, they enjoy time grazing in the our pastures, giving them the freedom to stretch their legs and enjoy the fresh grass.

Training and support

Owner care flexibility

Owners are welcome to provide additional feed based on their horse’s needs. While we handle the feeding and monitor the horses, owners take care of their horse’s grooming and daily care.

The Branstadir Community.

The Branstadir pension is more than just a stable; it’s a gathering place for those who share a deep passion for Icelandic horses. Owners can enjoy scenic walks through the picturesque Bornem-Branst, participate in lessons, or simply connect with fellow horse lovers in a welcoming environment.

We believe that caring for horses and forming meaningful connections go hand in hand, uniting us in a strong and supportive community.
